Head Chef – and Manchester’s celebrated Chef of the Year – Shaun Moffatt has created an exclusive five-course set menu for £100, designed to showcase the creativity and boldness of modern British cuisine. Each dish is a one-night-only masterpiece, perfectly complemented by an exquisite lineup of cocktails crafted by our talented bar team in partnership with Grey Goose vodka.
Expect extraordinary creations like caviar with sour cream on crisp potato, monkfish paired with winter truffle, and the indulgent Creedy Carver duck with celeriac, redcurrants and pear. Finish the feast with the divine sweetness of sea buckthorn curd with white chocolate, followed by handcrafted petit fours – a perfect way to toast the end of 2024 in style.
Once dinner ends, the celebration across MAYA continues. Our historic venue, on the corner of Chorlton and Canal Street, transforms into a sensory playground for the city’s most glamorous partygoers. In the Cocktail Bistro, expect an infectious energy as our DJs spin a curated mix of house classics and dance-floor favourites to keep the vibe electric. The Dining Room transitions seamlessly from an elegant dinner to a decadent disco-inspired party, reminiscent of iconic clubs from the golden era of nightlife. Meanwhile, in the Pump Room, our sumptuously designed club space, the night begins with dazzling burlesque performances, building into an after-midnight DJ set that will keep the celebration alive until the early hours of 2025.
